Not, strictly speaking, a picture postcard but a most fascinating image. This, the first stone built, Town Bridge was completed in 1824, partially rebuilt in 1880 and remained in use until 1928. Holy Trinity Church on the right, or Old Weymouth side, of the Harbour was opened in 1836 and extended in 1884. |
