The Skee Ball pavilion in the 1920s. A family member recalls playing this game which was similar to skittles. Research on line suggests the game was invented in the early 1900s by J.D. Estes for his son. Eventually it was bought by the Wurlitzer Company in 1935. Today it is available as an electronc game for various computer platforms |
