Carlton Road South
The Allandale Guest House in Carlton Road South almost opposite The Park Hotel.

These large detached houses were built in the latter half of the 19th. Century as the adjoining Park District was developing.

Carlton Road North, Glendenning and Kirtleton Avenue all contained similar properties.
